If you have MealBuddy Plus, go to Profile > Subscription to see your benefits.
Restoring a purchase
Got a new phone, or reinstalled the app? Sign in with the same account and go to Profile > Recover purchase. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you used to subscribe.
Canceling your subscription
Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple or Google, so you cancel them there, not in the app:
- iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose MealBuddy.
- Android: open the Google Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, and choose MealBuddy.
After canceling, you keep MealBuddy Plus until the end of the period you've paid for.
Important: Deleting your MealBuddy account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first, so you aren't charged again.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. You can request one through the App Store or Google Play.
