You'll find everything about your account in the Profile tab.
Your sign-in
MealBuddy uses your Apple ID or Google account to sign in, so there's no separate password to remember. Go to Profile > Account to see which one you used. To get back to your recipes on a new phone, sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account.
Changing your details
- Name, gender, diet and allergies: Profile > Profile
- Measurement system (metric or imperial): Profile > Preferences
- Notifications for new chat messages and shared lists: Profile > Notifications
The app uses your phone's language.
Logging out
Go to Profile > Account and tap Log out. Your recipes stay safe in your account, and you'll see them again when you sign in.
Deleting your account
Go to Profile > Account, tap Delete Account and confirm. This permanently deletes your account, your recipes and recipe lists, your chat with Buddy and your grocery lists. It can't be undone.
Important: Deleting your account does not cancel a MealBuddy Plus subscription. Cancel it first in the App Store or Google Play, so you aren't charged again. See "MealBuddy Plus: Subscription, Restoring and Canceling".
